About the winery
The Wine we our importing arrives from a magical Family owned Winery located in Mount Vernon , small city in the Pacific North West , just an hour and a half drive north to Seattle Washington.
Green fields and hills surrounding the small City , cold fresh air and rain that falling all year round brings up the best conditions for the local berries to grow.
The Winery is owned by the couple Dave and Judy Pascal and they run it for many years. Their Fruit wines that they manufacture with great love for so many years are distributed widely throughout Washington State.There is limited distribution outside the state of Washington. and is also available on a limited basis in Wyoming, and in Illinois.
Exporting the wines to Israel is a first time for it to be out of the U.S.A as well first time that a product of this kind arrives in Israel ,
Wines from the winery have won many medals in various wine competitions.
At Pasek winery they are using top of the line gear in combination with traditional methods to bring out the best out of each Berry that entered the Winery.
Fruit berries arrives the winery from the fields of Washington and Oregon states , once entered the winery fruits are crushed and transferred into barrels for the process of fermentation to take place , when fermentation and flavor balance process is over fluid tubed into stainless steel barrels for the wine to rest 3 to 4 months depend on the fruit kind. After that period of time wine goes through filtering , bottling and preparation for shipment.
In order to preserve the Wine’s uncompromising and high quality we make sure that it arrives in Israel by Air and under optimal conditions. That way the final customer – you , enjoys the delicious wine in it’s fresh and superb taste like if you had ordered it in a restaurant in Seattle.

Was born in 1976 and served for more than two decades as a marketing and sales manager in leading companies.In his last position, he served for more than a decade as marketing manager for the leading fashion company -Original’s , But the strong desire to surprise the Israeli consumer with a special beer or through fine wine,Whose taste will leave a wonderful memory in your palate, has always been there. After a successful tour in the US with his band ,Daniel decided to fulfill his vision - and so he did! In cooperation with the boutique winery "Pasak" Which is located in the US, Daniel imports quality berries wine for people who are looking for a special taste, Surprisingly, another ... or as someone who has already sipped said: "A special and perfect taste

Our wines:
This medium sweet, full bodied wine is produced from 100% Oregon Blackberries. It works well with flavorful cheeses, salmon, red meat, pasta and pizza. 11% alcohol.
Made from 100% whole Raspberries harvested in Washington's Skagit Valley. This wine is medium bodied with moderate sweetness. It is a great match with barbeque, wild game, cheeses or with a chocolate dessert. 11% alcohol
made from Blueberries , this red wine has wonderful reach Aroma of fresh blueberries. Taste it with cheese , Chicken dishes lamb or Salmon. You will fall in love on first sip. 11% alcohol
if you ask most people , they won’t have a clue that a Berries wine is even exist , all we know about is grape wine , but in cold countries , where the grapes
